sometimes when I'm writing scenes like this, I'm so desperately trying to connect my plot points / make the dialogue flow simply and properly / thinking only about the characters that I don't fully process my own emotions about the scene, so when I draw them later I'm like... wait a second... Landon saying that makes me feel SAD LOL delayed reaction
